These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the BP Tracker application ("App") developed and operated by FinMedTech ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using BP Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
BP Tracker is not a medical device and is not regulated as one.
This application is provided for informational and personal tracking purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The information, charts, AI-generated analysis, and content provided within the app do not constitute professional medical advice.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional — such as your GP, cardiologist, or pharmacist — before making any decisions about your health, including changes to medication, lifestyle, or treatment plans.
Do not disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you have read or seen in the app.

BP Tracker includes an AI-powered chatbot (Claude by Anthropic) that may comment on your blood pressure readings. This feature provides general health information only and does not constitute personalised medical advice. The AI has no knowledge of your full medical history, current medications, or clinical context. Its responses should never be used as the basis for a clinical decision.
By creating an account or using BP Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to the mobile application, web application, and any associated backend services operated by FinMedTech.

All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with BP Tracker remain the intellectual property of FinMedTech. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Some features of BP Tracker may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not receive or store your payment card details. Subscription terms and pricing are displayed in the app before purchase.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices or operating systems. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the App, which permanently removes all your data in accordance with GDPR.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FinMedTech regarding your use of BP Tracker.
